Charlesgate Village is a lovely townhouse community located in East Amherst, NY. Charlesgate is a private community, consisting of 188 units of varied architectural plans.
Living in the Charlesgate Community affords its residents the use of the all the recreational facilities offered by the Ransom Oaks Community Corporation. These include swimming, biking, tennis and playgrounds.
Charlesgate also offers its own walking path and pond, enhancing its own green space.
Charlesgate is overseen by the Charlesgate Village Association, a Board of seven volunteer residents. The Board manages shared needs of the community including landscaping and snow removal.
Charlesgate Village is located within the award-winning Williamsville School District.
